Title: Pre-Arrival Specialist - Home Health

Location: Maury Regional Medical Center, Columbia, TN.

Position Shift: Full Time M-F

Position Summary:

Responsible for pre registering patient demographics into Cerner Millennium and Homeworks systems. The position is also responsible for ensuring insurance eligibility for services has been obtained, initial authorization for services has been secured and the patient has been contacted regarding any out of pocket expenses. The position will also monitor ongoing eligibility checks and assist with ongoing authorizations as needed.

Credentials / Education:

* 1 Year Related experience Required

* High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
