Primary Responsibilities: Sell food, beverage and merchandise items to guests at a food station or on a beverage/snack cart according to resort standards.Set-up and break-down of station or snack cart.Responsible for a cash bank and accept cash transactions or make room charges as necessary following proper cash handling procedures.Order and replenish food, beverage and merchandise items as needed and does inventory.Operate a golf cart or similar type vehicle.Keep work area or cart clean and orderly.Perform other duties as may be required.

Essential Duties:

- Set-up cart or station with food, beverage and other items for sale.

- Complete requisition for food, beverage and other items according to established par stock.

- Greet guests warmly and personalize service according to resorts standards.

- Sell food, beverage and other items to guests; do suggesting selling.

- Responsible for a cash bank and accept cash transactions or make room charges following proper cash handling and general cashiering procedures.

- Do inventory of items for sale.

- Operate golf cart or similar vehicle.

- Complete required daily report and recording of sales.

- Take cart for scheduled service or repairs; clean and refuel.

- Turn in receipts and cash/check with daily sales report.

- Secure all food, beverage and merchandise at the end of the day.

- Consistently perform tasks as specified on sequence of service standards and SOPs

- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Other Duties:

- Keep work, storage area and cart clean and orderly.

- Assist in other positions in the department

- Recommend the resorts restaurants and facilities to guests.

Working Conditions:

Indoors in storeroom.

Outdoors in various weather conditions

Work Hours:

Able to work shift and days determined by the Directos of Golf/Head Golf Professional

Able to work more than 40 hours per week when needed

Equipment Use:

* Operate a snack cart or golf cart.

* Telephone

* Calculator

* Ability to use the resorts POS system

Mental and Physical Demands:

* Able to prioritize and organize workload.

* Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

* Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach

* Able to sit and operate the snack cart

* Climb in/out of cart

* Able to manage stressful and challenging situations when dealing with guests

Communication Demands:

* Able to communicate verbally to employees, manager and guests/clients.

* Ability to communicate over the phone.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Read and write to perform job duties

Department of Health TB test clearance

County Liquor Commission Blue Card preferred, or acquired within 30 days after hire

Must be pleasant, friendly and smiling

At least 21 years of age to sell alcoholic beverageswith no supervision
