We are looking for a Resident Manager. This is a hands-on F/T position. Candidates must have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, be proactive and demonstrate hands-on knowledge/experience with landscaping, building and general property maintenance. Should also have organizational skills, administrative skills and ability to manage staff/vendors and budgets. Should have some computer experience. Excellent compensation package for the selected candidate. Drug testing and background check required from all selected candidates. Housing may be provided.
