- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 1 years of experience in production machinery setup and operation
- Exceptional mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills and exposure to CNC machinery
- Capacity to comprehend, follow instructions, multi-task, and work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Capacity to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, utilize excellent visual acuity (corrected) and manual dexterity, wear required PPE, follow COVID protocols, and lift 50 pounds
- Set up and operate various production machinery to complete customer orders according to blueprint specifications
- Run a bank of machines, owning changeovers and setups
- Ensure quality and production goals are achieved
- Operate grinders
- Move materials as needed
- Establish good housekeeping practices and maintain Environmental, Quality, and Quantity (EQQ) requirements
- Perform other tasks as assigned
