- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
- Basic reading and math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Assist and process logo/personalization requests
- Receive, review, and submit order requests
- Review customer orders for pricing, accuracy, and compliance with company policies
- Accurately enter logo orders into SAP
- Provide telephone support for internal and external customers
- Issue and track return authorizations
- Provide backup support for the Customer Operations Team
- Perform other tasks as assigned
