Job Summary

We are seeking a PT/FT receptionist. We are primarily a family and immigration law firm. Prior experience working with a law firm is not necessary. Prior office experience is preffered. Individual must have the ability to prioritize, multitask, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer skills (Word, databases, etc.). Individual must be a great team player and be willing to learn. Must be fluent in SPANISH and ENGLISH. Salary commensurate with an experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 38 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends

Language:

  • Spanish (Required)
  • English (Required)
