Job Overview:
We are a growth-driven company seeking an experienced and dynamic salesman . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.. Must have a strong background in sales and closing deals. Proficient in social-media marketing with an extensive background it. . Our two locations are expanding into different markets as we scale. We are looking to build our team with growth minded individuals that can work in high pace environments by closing deals and making our customers happy!! Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Provide efficient customer service, utilize all social media platforms,
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to motivate and guide them toward achieving individual and team goals.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Foster a customer-centric culture by promoting excellent customer service standards.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
- Oversee inventory levels, product selection, and pricing strategies to optimize
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to ensure a high level of competence and professionalism.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular customer feedback and provide constructive feedback to assist customer
Qualifications
