Unique opportunity for a talented security professional with good Excel skills to help run our security guard company and also be a part of launching our new HR Compliance software which helps companies stay compliant with CA labor law. An interest in HR, talent for tech/software, and at least some experience with security management (or a related field) are ideal. Familiarity with payroll, scheduling, recruiting, hiring/staffing helps greatly as this is a multi-hat-wearing position. Strong customer-service skills, well-spoken, gifted writer.

This is NOT an Office job. The Security Manager must be willing to work in the field at our numerous accounts -- as far North as Malibu, South as Carson, East as Downtown LA. Most accounts are in West LA.

Our payroll, scheduling, and invoicing is done in Excel and, therefore, a fluency in Excel is required.
