We are seeking a skilled and organized Dispatcher to join our team. As the Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching landscape maintenance and mow crews to job sites, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and on time. You will work closely with our sales team, crew leaders, and clients to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch landscape maintenance and mow crews to job sites
• Ensure that all work orders are complete and accurate before dispatching crews
• Monitor crew progress and productivity throughout the day
• Communicate with crew leaders and clients to ensure that work is completed to their satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate equipment and supply needs for crews
• Maintain accurate records of all work orders, job sites, and crew schedules

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a dispatch or scheduling role preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of landscaping industry and equipment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in CRM and scheduling software
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
