Cooperative / Condominium Transfer Agent

Matthew Adam Properties, New York's premier residential property management company seeks an experienced Cooperative / Condominium Transfer Agent to join our team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Candidate MUST have prior experience in this field and capable of handling all aspects of the position, from the processing of the initial board submission to the closing of the unit.
• This is a “hands on” position.
• Knowledge of Boardpackager / Domecile system is a plus
• Highly organized and skilled with time management.
• Excellent communication skills. Respond to all communications (phone, email, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
