Matteo's is closed on Sunday & Monday so that everyone can have two full days off for family, fun, and rest. We offer paid time off after a year of employment. We are closed on Christmas, New Year & Easter.

**Availability: Must be available on Fridays and Saturdays.

**Shift Hours: Full shifts run from 11:15 am to 7:45 pm with a half-hour off-the-clock break.

Key Responsibilities include:

-Customer Service

-Computer Skills including but not limited to excel, word, mail chimp, pos programming (we use Toast)

-Visual Merchandising: Maintain all wine racks and wine stacks in an organized and visually appealing fashion.

-Pricing: Ensure accurate pricing of wine bottles and products.

-Dining Room Support: Assist in the dining room by answering phones, seating guests, and providing support such as needed.

-Inventory Management

Requirements:

-**Wine knowledge is a must

-Must be 21 years of age or over

-Must have Friday & Saturday availability

-Reliable Transportation/ free parking

-Professional appearance

-Excellent multitasker

-Strong communication & Well-versed in phone etiquette

-Able to remain calm under pressure
