The Opportunity:
The Marketing Manager is responsible to deliver top and bottom annual financials for the assigned American Girl sub-brand(s) and significant new brand initiatives.
Oversees integrated marketing strategy and planning, insights and business analysis, cross-functional team management, and omnichannel marketing execution for product and brand driven launches. The Marketing Manager will lead campaign planning and marketing initiatives to support American Girl's sales growth across all channels, with a strong focus on DTC and retail execution. The ideal candidate for this role will have skills in strategic thinking, impeccable project management and organizational skills, demonstrated excellence in communication, and the proven ability to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $144,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
