The Team:

The Pixar Global Marketing team champions the strategy and line development for Disney Pixar Action Figures product lines, working with cross-functional partners internally and our licensed partner Pixar.

The Opportunity:

The Action Figures team is hiring an Manager, Global Brand Marketing to work on the Global Brand Team to help deliver best-in-class global brand and marketing strategies that will create maximum value for the company. Working alongside the Director, Global Brands and working closely with colleagues across the company, primarily focusing on product development, business strategy, and marketing asset creation for Pixar franchises.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Manage the development of the Pixar toy line in coordination with key category partners at as well as our internal design & development cross-functional team
  • Utilize key competitive and consumer data to develop & present long-term strategy for the business
  • Serve as the key point of contact on the marketing team for our licensor partners. Lead all day-to-day communications, line reviews etc.
  • Collaborate with the Mattel commercial teams around the world to ensure the needs of all global markets are met with the product portfolio. In addition, work closely with these teams to ensure we are meeting or exceeding shipping & POS goals for the business
  • Work closely alongside the Hot Wheels brand marketing & brand creative teams to support the execution of global brand-building activities & marketing assets such as TV commercials, influencer content etc.
  • Role in currently an individual contributor.

What We're Looking For:

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience with MBA or 6 years of relevant work experience without MBA in marketing
  • MBA preferred but not necessary with the right experience
  • Prior experience managing & working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable and confident presenting to both a large audience and a senior level audience.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking & analytical skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice to have: a passion for & knowledge of the entertainment industry

The annual base salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $144,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
