Job Responsibilities
Gain in-depth knowledge of Subaru vehicles and differentiate them to existing and potential customers
Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
Support on-line customers through our eSales office
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads, manage lead distribution and close sales

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Success does not hinge on precise work experience although experience in automotive internet sales is a huge plus.

CRM center experience highly preferred
Prior experience as a sales representative in automotive vehicle sales with internet sales preferred but candidates with other internet sales experience are encouraged to apply
Previous Automotive Internet Sales experience is strongly preferred
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to work well with little or no supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work well with other sales associates in a team building atmosphere
Effective phone skills
