Here at Geneva Clean we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, customer focused individuals to join our Technician Team as a "General Laborer". Experience in HVAC Cleaning is not required to apply for this job position, but it is a great bonus.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Cleaning for our Residential and Commercial Client base. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Arriving to work on-time and in uniform.
• Selling the value of our exceptional service by cleaning furnaces and air ducts in commercial, and residential environments.
• Maintaining the Geneva Clean Code and ensuring every customer is extremely satisfied.
• Interacting with customers in their homes and businesses, keeping the equipment and truck clean and maintained, following our systems, invoicing and transactions.
• Working Weekdays or as required on the Schedule.
• Entering confined space when required for the cleaning process.
• Using all company supplied tools.
• Working with Geneva Clean Team Members on industrial, commercial, and residential appointments.
• Using personal and/or company tools to ensure all company procedures are followed.
• Being a face and advocate of the Geneva Clean brand.
• Handling of customer service issues and call backs.
• Handling of closing invoices, paperwork, and payment history through the current System.
• Always giving 100% to ensure that Geneva Clean is exemplified.
• Completing all training provided by Geneva Clean hands on and online training.
