Bus Boys, Runners, and Servers

Location: Matrix Lounge and restaurant

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bus Boys, Runners, and Servers. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Bus Boys:

• Clearing tables efficiently and promptly
• Assisting servers in resetting tables for the next guests
• Keeping the dining area clean and organized
• Refilling water and other beverages as needed

Runners:

• Delivering food from the kitchen to the appropriate tables
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in food delivery
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and servers
• Assisting in food preparation when necessary

Servers:

• Greeting guests and providing them with menus
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Anticipating guests' needs and providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Weekly day range:

• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• New York, NY 10027: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
