Reports To: Department Manager, Facilities EngineeringDescription: Seeking an entry-level Civil/Structural Engineering professional with 0-1 years of related experience. This position performs assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks. Work is directed and checked on a task basis by a more experienced Engineer.Specifications:

• Four year ABET accredited BSCE degree
• EIT preferred
• Basic Structural design knowledge with experience in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Experience and/or interest in the design of structural steel and foundation systems for buildings and equipment 
• Industrial, Food and Chemical/Refining experience preferred
• Experience with structural engineering analysis design tools preferred
• 3D structural modeling experience a plus
• Surveying and construction cost estimating experience a plus
• Ability to travel

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk, and hear.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• This position must also be able to perform industrial field work which may include hazardous locations, ladders, and stairs.
