Matrix IFS is Hiring an Account Manger Cloud - Sales Near Jersey, NJ

Job Summary

The Account Manager located in the Northeast U.S. will be responsible for expanding the Matrix business presence in the US, Canada, and Europe. Working with channel partners and directly with Enterprise-End-Users within the area, the A.E. will develop and nurture relationships, grow existing accounts, and develop new opportunities to increase the sales pipeline. The AE will be assigned an individual sales quota of bookings responsibility within a given region and end-user verticals.

As an account manager for cloud services, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for our cloud services offerings. This position requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, exceptional sales insight, and the ability to forge strong client relationships. You will identify opportunities, craft compelling solutions, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cloud services space.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote cloud services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts with overall organizational goals.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points.

Solution Development:

  • Work closely with technical teams to develop customized cloud service solutions that address client needs.
  • Present and articulate the value proposition of our cloud services to clients.

Sales Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our cloud services.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

Proposal and Contract Negotiation:

  • Prepare detailed proposals outlining the scope of services, pricing, and terms.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable client and organization terms.


Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and tracking progress.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with customer support and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on cloud services.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) would be a plus.
