Matrix Finance and Accounting is Hiring an Account receivable specialist Near Tacoma, WA
Job Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to :
- Preparing, posting, verifying, and recording customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
- Creating invoices according to company practices and submitting invoices to customers
- Correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifying delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacting delinquent accountholders to request payment.
- Collaborating with the Collections Manager to reconcile accounts receivable
- Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger
- Performs other related duties as assigned
