We are currently seeking a Mechanical Assembly and Skilled Labor resource for our Production Team.

Position Overview:

Under general supervision, use hand tools and electric tools to cut and strip wire, crimp and solder terminations, tie wrap and assemble harnesses for various products according to job instructions and by following the company's quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Degree or equivalent

• 1-2 years’ demonstrated subassembly or related experience.

• Possess the basic understanding of measuring to 1/32nd of an inch.

• Ability to work independently to complete milestones.

• Demonstrated ability to meet quality and productivity standards within a team.

• Good time-management skills and ability to set priorities.

• Strong commitment to quality, safety, customer service and teamwork.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with wire cutter machines, soldering, and wire terminal machines preferred.

• Demonstrated ability in electro-mechanical light manufacturing of switch & sensor and cable & harness assemblies.

Technical degree related to wiring or electro-mechanical assembly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
