Matrix Consulting is Hiring a Construction Management Profesionals Near Washington, DC
Matrix Consulting Inc. is seeking a range of construction management profesionals to support all phases of facility construction from conceptual design, design development, acquisition and procurement, construction, commissioning, to project turnover.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversight of all contract functions related to new or rehabilitation projects.
- Contract preparation, administration, and coordination
- Review of design documents to confirm owner’s requirements and facility functionality
- Facility assessments, facility planning, value engineering, and constructability reviews
- Develop and maintain management information systems
- Project funding projections and cost control mechanisms
- Subcontract modifications based on scope or administrative revisions
- Inspections and project quality reviews
- Management reporting, owner conferences, site reviews
- Project closeout and operations and maintenance materials
Qualified candidates possess a degree in CM and/or 3 to 20 years of experience in general contracting or construction management and have demonstrated experience in the phases of facility construction. Bachelor's degree in construction management / business /technical / engineering or a related area preferred and relevant experience in the area of project management, construction management and/or facility planning.
Work is located throughout the Washington state area.
