Job Title: UI/UX Product Designer (Design Systems)
Duration: 6 month Contract with right to hire
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Wednesday & Thursday onsite; remote other days)
Required Pay Scale: $70-73/hr
Job Summary:
The evolution of the Client's Design System. This role will support pivotal for design tokens strategy and design-to-code continuity for KDS and FIGMA Administration. Responsible for implementing a baseline from which Product Designers can create solutions for customers at a speed that matters. By designing and maintaining re-usable components and patterns, we reduce time spent on re-working basic elements that are used throughout the digital organization s experiences. Saving hours of work for Product Designers and keeping our visual language consistent across all our digital experiences.
Must Haves

• Portfolio must be included in profiles along with passwords/access information
• Figma
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Experience documenting design systems
• Basic knowledge of user research
