Job Title: .Net Developer
Duration: 5 month contract to hire
Location: Fishers, IN - Onsite
Required Pay Scale: $50-60/hour
Job Summary/Overview:
Software Development Engineering Advisor Agile Web Delivery / Web
Skills:
- strong .Net developer (4 years of experience)
- need someone who can develop and support existing applications, web services, Soap and Rest services - able to develop brand new web services using .Net, preferably versions 8-9, solid experience in developing Rest APIs and good understanding of Soap services
- willingness to maintain legacy applications, modernization - 50% of the role
- Good understanding of SQL and stored procedures
- Solid understanding of CICD
- good understanding of DevOps tools: like Jenkins, Gitlab, Github ideally
- Need to know how to connect to a database like Entity framework, strong authorization and authentication
- Open to folks with less experience at lower rate, like around 4 years of experience
Top 3 skills/must haves:
.Net coding - preferably with versions 8 and 9
Web services - Rest/Soap
SQL
Desired Skills:
Splunk
Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins
A solid understanding of Student Loan servicing
