EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED: 

• Communicate with guests interested in booking private rooms
• Discuss menu selections, costs, room minimums, A/V fees, room setup, and any special needs
• Correspond with guests through email, phone, or fax to ensure contracts are completed and sign
• Arrange any special needs such as table rentals, musicians, flowers, or other requests made by the guest and assist them in arranging them
• Communicate with management team about each function for staffing, ordering, and menu preparation
• Occasionally sign in deliveries if they arrive early
• Any other duties assigned by management

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with peers. Maintains proper phone etiquette. Knowledge of employment, safety, and merchandise handling procedures. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or 1 chargeable accident in the last three years.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion. This position will require standing 100% of the time.

Heavy Work: Lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally. 

Work Environment: Indoor climate-controlled environment.
