EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST: Bachelor’s degree in business statistics, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in retail analytics, preferably in furniture or related industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms. Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret complex data. must have outstanding communications skills, they must be able to communicate visually, verbally, and in writing; ability to meet tight deadlines.
