Research Customer accounts for unapplied payments
Contact Customers to obtain remittance support forPayments
Research for information in various tools available(such as bank file, email, lockbox processing system, etc.)
Work with the internal departments for any questionsand support they may have related to the unapplied payment
Complete the application in the ERP system to resolvethe open invoices and open payments
Prepare paperwork for refunds as directed duringresearch with customers
Support on any additional special projects as directedby supervisor
