Work transparently with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Transportation, and Accounting.
Manage and mitigate the risks associated with volatility of both Demand and Supply within network.
Facilitate calls with Regional Sales Managers and Logistics Managers to refine Demand forecasts.
Perform Demand Planning cycle as the primary long-range input for generating 12-24 month forecasts for all included products.
Perform “What-If” analyses for risk management and investment opportunities.
Load, execute, and analyze results of Supply LP network models.
Help create the value-add, exception-based reporting that stimulates discussion and decision making.
Evaluate root causes of modeling outcomes.
Help manage the data used between groups like Product Management, Transportation, and Production as related to modeling and business opportunity evaluations.
Participate in and lead small improvement projects (SIP) and The Right Way (TRW) projects.
Other duties may be assigned.

Role will be performed primarily in an office environment. May also be required to work from a home location, which must be conducive to performing the role and duties, including virtual/video meetings.
Job will require extensive daily usage of a computer, and other office equipment.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.
Workload may require working on weekends and/or holidays.
Multi-day domestic travel may occur, and while rare, could involve weekends.
