As a team member you will:

  • Work with a wide range of industry leaders in many sectors 
  • Coordinate and carry out a portfolio of customer projects 
  • Provide direct customer demonstrations, training, and support 
  • Assist as a technical resource in defining customer projects 
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external project team members 

Required:

  • B.S. or higher degree in an engineering discipline 
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Capacity for quickly mastering new software
  • Ability to work well with customers with varying degrees of computer savvy
  • Effective influencing both internally and externally via presentation and written technical communication skills
  • Availability to travel to customers across the U.S. (<20% of time)
  • You must be a US citizen (for our work with US defense and other export restricted information)
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and ability to work both independently and on teams
  • Ability to move multiple projects forward simultaneously

Strong candidates will also have:

  • Industry experience working with customers in the industries we serve 
  • Data system experience (ex: Granta MI or MSC Material Center) 
  • Engineering experience in batteries, additive manufacturing, electronics, composites, polymers, and/or metals
  • Experience in project management
  • Additional software experience (Tableau, PowerBI, Python, xml, html, vba, CAD, CAE, SQL,PLM, etc.)
  • Materials engineering & material testing experience
