Construction Project Manager

Distributor/Sub-Contractor in Divisions 10/11/12 of the Construction Specifications.

Experience/Education/Skills required:

· Minimum 3-5 Years in Construction Industry Required

· Experience with a General Contractor, Sub-Contractor or Distributor.

· Required to read, interpret Architectural plans, elevations and project specifications.

· Must be organized and methodical to manage scope of job.

· Great attention to detail.

· Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, Construction Platforms and Web Portals.

Job Scope:

· Review contract requirements of material for completeness and accuracy.

· Assist in selling established bids to established customers (no hard selling, no speculative selling) on new projects.

· Correspond with Vendors to request and produce proper submittal material samples as required per project.

· Review Vendor submittals for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to the General Contractors.

· Review returned submittals for completion, changes or resubmission if required.

· Review AIA Billings.

· Work with Vendors on requesting any price impacts if they arise.

· Coordinate Architect requirements and approvals with releasing material for timely delivery to jobsites.

· Purchase Materials/ Purchase/Schedule Labor Subcontractors as required.

· Monitor/coordinate punch list items for validity and completion in concert w/ our manufactures and installers.
