Exciting and growing asbestos testing company in the LA market looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule or dispatch workers to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs
• Receive or prepare work orders, creating daily work and run schedules
• Maintain and develop positive business relationships with customers addressing questions, problems, or requests for service
• Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from workers, supervisors, or field inspectors
• Manage subcontractor activities, reviewing proposals, developing performance specifications, and serving as liaisons between subcontractors and customers
• Receive payment and record receipts for services

Job Qualifications

• Great speaking skills, ability to talk with others to convey information effectively
• Great listening skills, giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate
• Customer and service focused, actively looking for ways to help people
• Strong critical thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
