Matchplay Golf and Sports Lounge is looking for experienced servers and bartenders with a passion for craft beer, food, spirits, and golf! We are also happy to train the right candidate with room for growth in our company. We are gearing up and excited for our grand opening in September!

Bartender

Duties:

- Greet customers and take drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix ingredients to create classic and specialty cocktails
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders for customers
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in order to create visually appealing drinks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of food items

Note: Prior experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in bartending or serving roles, is preferred but not required.
