Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly

Skills:

- Experience in guest relations and front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Ability to handle guest services efficiently
- Bilingual skills preferred for effective communication with diverse guests
