MasterTech is Hiring an Installation technician Near Albany, NY

Job Description

MasterTech is on the search for qualified Installation Technicians throughout the North East USA.

Installation Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational.

Most work will be done in NY, NJ, PA, and MA, including a concentration throughout Upstate New York.

Compensation :

  • $25.00 - $40.00 / hour
  • Service vehicle included. All travel costs expensed and travel time compensated. Daily food allowance included.
  • Comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, matching 401(k) etc.

Shift :

  • Day shift, Monday to Friday. Overtime included. Travel time is paid.
  • Some weekend work if necessary.

Key Qualifications :

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and / or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience with PLCs or relay logic.
  • Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Flexibility for overnight travel assignments as necessary.
  • Computer skills.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation.
