Masterson Staffing Solutions has partnered with a local disaster restoration company looking for a Collection Specialist to join their team!

This is an IN OFFICE job and NOT remote work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call every customer every week to collect payment.
• Follow the mortgage process on every job.
• Follow full collection process until money is collected.
• File & appear in small claims court as needed.

Experience/Skills:

• Must have at least 2 years of collections experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience required.
• Have excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Have basic understanding of construction terms/practices preferred but not required.
• Experience/understand mortgage claims processes preferred but not required.
