Description3rd Shift Sanitation / Quality Supervisor - PlymouthAs the 3rd Shift Sanitation / Quality Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and product quality within our operations.
You will lead a team of sanitation and quality staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
This position reports to the Quality Manager and is responsible for overseeing and improving sanitation and quality processes.
What You Can OfferAssociates Degree in Supervisory Management, Food Science, Microbiology or related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
Must have at least three years of progressively responsible lead or supervisory experience. Sanitation / quality experience preferred.
Specific knowledge of sanitation chemicals, processes, and safe handling practices will be helpful.Requires a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to act as a direct liaison between general production and management regarding quality issues.
