Schedule Coordinator

Master Services is looking for a Schedule Coordinator for our Logistics/ Production department to join our growing team. We are the regional leader in the basement waterproofing, crawlspace repair, foundation repair, and concrete leveling industry.

What You Would Do

• Be the glue that keeps all the logistical aspects of our construction jobs organized
• Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our production installations
• Stay in close communication with our customers for each project, including scheduling their installations, checking on quality issues, and ensuring that they are constantly in the know
• Keep client records and files updated so they are always ready when we need them
• Ensure our construction projects are complete and error-free
• Provide tactical support to the production department and managers

What You Bring to This Role

• Demonstrable experience in scheduling, administration, and/or customer service
• Proven telephone and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Plus for ability to navigate software programs such as Salesforce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
