Overview

Master Plaster, Inc. is seeking experienced Superintendents to join our team. Stucco, Exterior Framing, EIFS and Drywall experience is necessary.

Primary Responsibilities

• Understand and administrate all aspects of a project as it pertains to field operations.
• Understand drawings, construction documents and field correspondence necessary for the proper completion of project.
• Coordinate with client and other trades to properly orchestrate work.
• Achieve expected safety, production and quality standards

Skills/Requirements

• Authorization to work in USA.
• Experience as a construction superintendent
• Experience with trade specifics (stucco, exterior framing, EIFS, drywall).
• Experience with mobile devices for field documentation and communication.
• Well-organized and reliable, capable of managing own time and responsibilities
• Good verbal/communication skills (spoken and written)
• Procore experience is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
