Concrete Finishers (2-3 years experience pouring & finishing concrete required) must have a great understanding of form setup, can set forms with minimal supervision – performs the following with excellence: concrete pouring, screeding, finishing, stamping w/ decorative finishes (borders, accents, pattern stamps), saw-cutting, rebar installation, sealer application, jobsite cleanup; Can operate equipment (saws, compactors, skid loader, track buggy & more). Has confidence in giving minor direction to lesser experienced co-workers (laborers) as needed, Has the ability to work efficiently without supervision at least 50% of the time or more.
