ResponsibilitiesThe Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable records for the organization through payment application and other clerical accounting tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Hybrid Role must be located in the Coral Gables, FL. Area
- Process accounts receivable transactions
- Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
- A High School Diploma, or equivalent, with 2 years of experience in Accounting.
- Strong organizational and data entry skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- General math skills, with the ability to perform accurate computations and verification of data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to operate the computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
- An Associate's degree in Accounting or Business, with 3-5 years of experience.
- Extensive knowledge of GL coding and strong decision-making/analytical skills.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Oracle Software
- AR Analysis, research, cash application and collections

Salary Position: $50-55k Range BOE
