Financial Assistant for Financial Advisor with MassMutual (Bala Cynwyd)

Compensation: Hourly with Incentivized Bonus Structure Employment type: Hybrid/Part-Time This is a part time position where the candidate will be working four days per week between 20-24 hours in our Bala Cynwyd office with hybrid/remote possible after initial orientation period supporting a senior Financial with various aspects of practice management.

Skill Set:

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point is needed for this position
• Knowledge of Adobe Reader and Writer
• Proficiency with contact management systems
• Advanced ability with internet searches and web site navigation
• Interest in learning financial concepts and strategies
• Experience with business correspondence
• Excellence in organization and time management
• Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to work with others and be part of a growing team.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

Tasks:

• Mail/E Mail Marketing/Client Correspondence
• Generating client / prospect reports

• Client appointments • Scheduling/maintaining calendar

• Preparation for reviews/appointments • Generating client proposals & illustrations

• Data Entry
• Management of CRM
• Generating Investment & Insurance applications
• Tracking new business
