About The Role

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional who strives to make a difference? Do you have prior insurance call center experience? Realm Health is currently recruiting for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our growing Member Services Department. Our Customer Service Specialists are a critical part of our team. Customer Service Specialists assist members and providers with member insurance benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, life, and indemnity plans. This position is a full-time, hourly role that is based onsite at our Dallas corporate office.

What You'll Do

  • Connecting: Handle inbound and outbound calls from members and providers, addressing insurance benefit inquiries professionally and accurately.
  • Empathizing: Utilize your strong communication and customer service skills to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Solving: Draw upon your insurance expertise to resolve queries related to medical, dental, vision, and indemnity plans.
  • Thriving: Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist within a call center environment.
  • 2-3 years of relevant insurance experience, specifically medical, dental, vision, and indemnity plans.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Mastery of essential skills such as customer service, problem-solving, and critical thinking
  • High school diploma or equivalent
