Masseys Pizza, Columbus’ oldest pizzeria has been making the perfect pizza taste since 1949. It started with one pizzeria still located in Whitehall, Ohio and has expanded to 14 stores located in two states, including four full service sports bars with fresh wings, burgers, and a full service bar.
Massey’s pizza is looking to expand and add to its management team. Massey’s Pizza has every available concept in the pizza business from full service sports bar to a pick up and delivery with small dining room.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary:
$26,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Job Description
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
Ensure that all pizza, grill/fry line, and sub area items are consistently prepared to the companies standard
Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality and appearance of restaurant
Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
Create a positive and productive working environment
Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
Control cash outs, banks, by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies
Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection
Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed as needed and labor cost objectives are met
Understand restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures
Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guest
Help maintain food production standards as per the companies manual and specifications
Must be able to communicate in a polite and professional manner with our guests and coworkers
