Job Description

The role of a softwast technician is to properly clean the outdoor surfaces of our condominiums by using and operating a softwash machine. Some of the task include loading and unloading water/chemicals into the truck on a daily basis, keep track of inventory and inform purchaser personal when to order chemicals, be able to work in teams and alone, and must have good communication skills. Must be 18 or older and one year of experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in any weather conditions
• Must be 18 or older
• Good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 5 days per week, occasional weekends and holidays
• Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (additional hours as needed)

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
