Compensation: $15/hour Base, Plus Membership Sales Commission w/ Top Benefits

• Greeting and warmly welcoming our clients upon arrival and leaving.
• Building client loyalty by providing excellent customer service.
• Promoting and representing MassageLuXe in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Learning and understanding all Spa services and product lines.
• Selling appropriate services and products by utilizing your knowledge to give advice.
• Signing clients on as members by providing them with the program that suits their needs and that is the best value for them.
• Upholding MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments accurately.
• Maintaining a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in the Spa for both clients and other team members.
• Generate new clientele through grassroots marketing promoting.
• Sell gift cards during all major holidays (Christmas, Mother’s/Valentine’s Day etc.)

Sell our professional quality products to our customers
Open availability with weekend and evening shifts is a MUST!
Maintain clean and safe spa throughout the day and perform opening and closing duties
Receptionist experience
Seeking candidates with the following qualities:

Prior Membership Sales Experience.! Professional and well-groomed appearance. Positive attitude. Outgoing personality, easy to get along with, energetic. Trustworthy. Excellent customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, ability to multi-task, and detail orientated.
Ability to handle constructive criticism.
Ability to take initiative and appropriate action to resolve customer issues.
Ability to work independently.

Required Experience:

At least 1 year experience involving customer service and membership sales is required !
Spa or Gym Membership Sales experienced is Preferred !!!
