Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Are self-motivated fast -on-your-feet critical thinkers with excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Accountable to the schedule you committed to
• Integrity
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care and a healthy lifestyle

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service with a smile
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing questions, and checking in/out clients
• General cleaning duties and laundry
