This job announcement is different than the blah, blah, blah, blah ad of xyz spa. You won’t receive an offer letter from us with an impressive top line hourly rate that you’ll likely not see because you’re not booked enough. We wont promise you a 10K bonus just for walking to the door, but we will get you 10K in additional earnings once you walk through the door. We don’t make you promises about our business and how it is managed by one of the most dynamic leaders in the field - who happens to be a licensed massage therapist herself- unless we could back it up. We wouldn’t tell you that we believe that we will become the best place for therapists to work in the State of Maryland unless we really believed that we are on that path.
We’re missing a few pieces. Perhaps one of them is you. Are you what we are looking for? I’m looking to hire 12 expert, skilled, honest, loyal and professional massage therapists to work in one of three of our locations in the next month. **Responsibilities**
- Perform professional therapeutic massage sessions tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Conduct thorough client assessments and consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and notes.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive team environment.
- Be smart, loyal and kind
- Have pride in where you work and be willing to promote the business to clients and colleagues
- Valid license to practice massage therapy in Maryland
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to customize massage sessions based on client needs and preferences.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- 3 to 6 days of PTO for PT and FT staff
