What a day looks like

• Customer interactions over the phone and in person
• Presenting and SELLING the wellness program (maintain 30% sales closing)
• Scheduling appointments and upselling enhancements and retail products
• Building relationships and connections with members and guests
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
• Manage inventory processes
