Mass Inbound is a data-driven marketing agency with a focus on medical, home service, local business and event industries. We recently established a new location in West Palm Beach and we are seeking ambitious and motivated team members who will assist with creating, executing and managing advertising campaigns accross Meta products including Facebook and Instagram. Our proven strategies have a focus on lead generation that yield businesses a true monetary return! We are a growing agency that has a proven system and proven track record performing lead generation across the country.

Job Description:

• Format and create daily, weekly and monthly creatives specifically designed for indicated industries and used by the advertising account managers.
• Creating marketing & advertising creatives including promotions, social media, and search engine creative designs.
• Create swipe files/libraries of creative content used for client campaigns on seasonal and promotional timelines.
• Serve as a point person for any operation, production or executive questions and/or initiatives between clients and our team.
• Coordinate with creative, product, sales and media partners to ensure all materials are reviewed and approved before deployment.
• Directly communicate with the clients and establish ongoing relationships to ensure creative efforts coordinate with internal processes and promotions.
• Create and edit our podcasts as well as client podcasts.
• Create and edit YouTube videos for our company and publish these episodes on the proper channels.
• Willingness to learn live production processes.
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability and flexibility to work on a diverse team in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Able to work under pressure; flexible and ability to work with all types of personalities.
• Knowledge Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, and additional platforms as needed
• Knowledge of Podcasts and equiptment.
• Experience with editing photos and videos.
• Experience with editing creatives and using reative softwares.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive deliverables
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva and/or similar platforms
• Proficient in the use of Google Workspace, ie Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Calendar and other google properties
• Editing/marketing experience, project and campaign management experience
• Proven ability to quickly grasp, work with and execute complicated processes for digital marketing
• Detail oriented to ensure quality assurance
• Knowledge of online marketing funnels
• CRM/CMS system management
• Willing to learn more and invest into becoming an experience internet marketing professional

SKILLS DESIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• A "Can Do" mentality and willingness to learn
• Ability to identify and resolve issues and manage risks
• 1-5 years of experience working with videography, photography, creative design and creating content for use on social media networks.
• Knowledge of online marketing, business development, product managements and new product development
• Working knowledge of CRMs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work tedious/repetitive tasks without manual errors

Job Type: Full-time / Part-Time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year Full-time / $25,000 per year Part-time
