The Opportunity
The Ambulatory Capacity Management (ACM) department, as part of Ambulatory Operations & Services, consults with the Ambulatory practices within the Mass General Brigham enterprise, to manage and optimize provider schedules with the goal of helping Ambulatory practices achieve their scheduling access goals. The ACM department’s primary responsibilities include maintaining provider templates, consulting with practices to maintain Epic build and interpreting analytical data into actionable recommendations.
The Template Coordinator Ambulatory Capacity Management, reporting to the ACM Manager will perform a wide range of duties pertaining to building provider’s scheduling templates and will be called upon to perform in-depth analysis of template management workflows and auditing to support the governance of template features in the Ambulatory setting. The Template Coordinator will work closely with other members of the ACM department as well as staff from clinical departments, project managers and data analysts from the Ambulatory Operations and Services departments at Mass General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
