Position Highlights:

• Work in a 22-bed adult ICU caring for critically ill patients who have a range of neurological diagnoses such as neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke and spinal cord injury
• Care for patients with complex comorbidities and multisystem organ involvement
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a challenging, fast paced environment
• Build professional practice and fulfilling career
• Engage in unit-based research efforts recognized globally
• Flexible/unit-based schedules that do not require floating to other units

Key Details:

• Schedule: Day/night rotation shift; 36 Hours - 3 x 12 hour shifts

Qualifications:

• Education: BSN preferred
• Licensure: Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse required
• Experience: Neuro and critical care experience preferred; candidates with a strong interest in neuroscience from general acute care backgrounds will be considered

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate possesses 2 years of recent acute care RN experience; new grad RNs will not be considered.
